Badgerish.Net is a weblog about faith, hope, love and housekeeping. It’s about living authentically in an increasingly pre-fabricated world. I write about creativity, femininity, and domesticity with passion and a bit of arch humour. Well, with passion at least! I also offer my thoughts on the art of tea drinking, the art of prayer, and whatever else I can make an art of (my mother always said I was obsessive.)

Why call it Badgerish.Net? Because I have the hospitality skills of a badger. No, really; I’m a recluse and there’s no sense hiding it. But when I do allow people into my home, I want them to feel warm and at peace. I hope that everyone compelled by the charms of hearth and home, or anyone just looking to make their lives a bit better each day, will read this blog and find it useful for inspiration. Or light entertainment anyway.
